For what you pay here you definitely get more than normal, and the ladies here are so nice.

You don’t find that at many places and she doesn’t go out of her way to charge you for simple things like a little nail art here and there, which usually costs you another $ 5-$ 10 at other nail salons around here. Next I saw Sandy and although she seems quiet at first she is a HOOT! She also uses an older technique for applying the acrylic and doesn’t use tips or a drill (the drill removes more nail than necessary which is why your nails get so thin, and tips rip off part of the nail) and she works entirely off the natural nail and sculpts the acrylic to the shape of your nail and to the length that you like. She made sure my I was comfortable and happy with my nails and how the service was provided throughout my stay. I had just had laser hair removal done today and I couldn’t have hot water on my legs or any kind of lotions or soaps and Annie was exceptionally accommodating to my needs. Today I saw both Annie (Gel pedicure) and Sandy (New set of acrylics) for a mani-pedi at the salon and let me tell you, they are incredible.

As for the spa, Sandy and Annie, the nail technicians do an AMAZING job with whatever you task them with. He is always going out of his way to help others and is definitely famous for that around the salon. Caitlin, although a protégé, is extremely talented and does an amazing job with color and cuts! Joey does a great job as well and is known for his kindness and willingness to make sure you’re as happy as can be when you leave. I have since moved on to Caitlin and Joey, who happen to be two of my favorite stylists in the whole place. As a long time client, I used to see James Fiero and loved his work. Meaning, if you don’t have an appointment, they’ll do whatever they can to squeeze you in and make sure you see someone in the salon or spa that suits your needs. They are constantly doing their best to make all customers happy regardless of the circumstance. I can’t get over how much I love this place.
